Council Mission:

Our goal is to provide residents of the Central Shenandoah Valley the information and skills they need to help them be prepared for and to prevent damage from severe weather, natural and manmade disasters, and emergencies.  Shenandoah Valley Project Impact strives to assist the communities in the region to become disaster resistant.  Shenandoah Valley Project Impact provides disaster education to all types of groups and organizations as well as CERT to the general public.
